Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner shape hiring decisions and drive AI-powered recruiting at Pax8 APAC. Based in Manila with initial in-office arrangement for 6 months, then eligible for hybrid up to 2 days remote weekly. Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, partnering with leaders to translate business goals into clear hiring strategies, success profiles, and prioritized talent plans. Leverage AI, automation, and data insights to improve speed, signal quality, and candidate experience while maintaining strong human judgment, ethics, and accountability. Coach hiring managers on effective practices, influence stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of TA standards and processes. The role emphasizes strategic partnership over transactional delivery and requires at least 5 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), and a commitment to inclusive, data-informed hiring in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of progressive recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO)
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and other recruiting technology ecosystems (Hiredscore, Rooster, Brighthire, LinkedIn etc)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational priorities into recruiting strategies
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities, roles, and structures
- Outcome-focused mindset with emphasis on impact
- Ability to coach, guide, and align diverse stakeholders without formal authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to grow with AI-enabled recruitment tools and data-informed practices
- Right to work in the Philippines
