Job Summary
Review and forward qualified resumes to hiring managers based on staffing needs, then monitor candidate progress and follow up on next steps to ensure timely completion of interviews. Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process by phone, email, and text, and prepare and manage offers while supporting the onboarding process. Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System. This role supports entry-level, hourly, and seasonal hiring for Merlin Entertainments' global portfolio of attractions including LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE, with a schedule expected to run through March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring, hourly, seasonal, or entry-level roles is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence communicating with candidates by phone, email, and text
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time
- Comfortable working with an ATS and other recruiting or HR systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR
- A sense of urgency and a willingness to jump in and help keep the hiring process moving
