Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on high-volume Pharmacy Technician hiring in Gilbert, AZ. Manages end-to-end recruitment for certified, registered, and trainee Pharmacy Technicians; partners with Pharmacy Managers and shift supervisors; builds local pipelines with pharmacies, schools, and vocational programs; ensures credentialing and regulatory compliance; optimizes high-volume hiring workflows; maintains ATS data integrity; and leverages AI tools to enhance recruiting capacity. Requires experience in healthcare hiring, familiarity with state board requirements, and ability to work in a hybrid on-site capacity at the Gilbert/Mesa facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Experience recruiting Pharmacy Technicians, Healthcare professionals, or Certified/Licensed staff preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare hiring practices, pharmacy technician licensing, or Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements a major plus
- Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and high-volume sourcing/engagement tools
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at Gilbert/Mesa facility
