Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. Oversee applicant tracking within the ATS, partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, and conduct phone screens while facilitating panel interviews. Build talent pipelines for recurring needs, monitor recruitment metrics, and support seasonal workforce planning. Represent WarHorse Gaming at job fairs and community outreach events. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role requires a Nebraska Gaming License and flexible schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 19 years of age or older
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or service industry
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Must be available to work flexible schedules as business needs require, including occasional evenings or weekends for recruiting events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce and iCIMS
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in hospitality or gaming environments
- Project management or workforce planning experience
