Job Summary
Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales roles while managing job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process. Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, on a day shift at our Wentzville, MO office. You will have input on hiring strategies and company growth within our recognition-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable making outreach calls and engaging with candidates over the phone
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Work Location: In-person at our Wentzville, MO office
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
