Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment lifecycle in-person at the Wentzville, MO office. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales and support roles; managing job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns; building a strong talent pipeline; coordinating interviews with hiring managers; guiding candidates through offers and onboarding; and tracking recruitment metrics. Looking for strong communication and relationship-building skills, organization to manage multiple roles, comfortable outreach by phone, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS. Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Competitive base salary plus bonus with comprehensive benefits and PTO, Monday–Friday day shift.
