Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across multiple locations, ensuring an engaging candidate experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, leveraging various sourcing strategies to attract talent, and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting across all levels and functional areas
- Experience with passive candidate recruiting and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and employment regulations and policies
- Proficiency in using a server-based applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple recruitment initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
