Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle across multiple functional areas and locations, ensuring efficient hiring outcomes. Collaborate with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, develop strategic sourcing approaches, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Leverage labor market research to align sourcing strategies with industry conditions while utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and clear feedback, providing expert guidance to department leaders on recruitment strategies. Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire, maintain accurate records in the Workday ATS, and provide regular metrics to leadership. Gain business acumen by job shadowing roles within a manufacturing environment to improve hiring fit and reduce turnover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and employment regulations and policies
- Proficiency in using a server-based applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
- Proven experience working under recruiting KPIs
- consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Experience in handling administrative duties related to recruitment and compliance
- Prior experience recruiting for government contractors
