Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist needed to drive full-cycle recruitment across a multi-site organization in a full-time hybrid role. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, posting job openings, utilizing digital sourcing tools and networks to attract candidates, conducting prescreen interviews, coordinating interviews, reference checks and background screening, extending offers and onboarding new hires, maintaining accurate ATS data, and analyzing staffing metrics. The role emphasizes building strong partnerships with managers and the executive team, developing proactive talent acquisition plans, attracting passive candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Required familiarity with end-to-end recruitment, multiple sourcing channels, and HRIS/ATS tools; 1–2 years experience in staffing or recruitment is typical, with Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required Qualifications
