Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist role focusing on military and sales recruiting with Heritage Roofing & Construction. Build the talent pipeline, source motivated candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and military/community outreach. Conduct 5–10 video interviews daily to evaluate competitiveness, coachability, communication skills, grit, and leadership potential. Manage recruiting operations within the ATS and educate candidates about uncapped earning potential, sales career growth, and company culture. Represent Heritage at career fairs, military transition events, networking functions, and recruiting events to identify future top producers. Requires competitive, coachable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can work in-office in Cedar Park, TX, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years in recruiting, sales, staffing, or customer-facing roles
- in-office in Cedar Park, TX Monday-Friday
