Job Summary
Own end-to-end hiring for sales roles across levels, identifying and closing high-quality talent with strong conversion potential. Support enablement hiring as business needs evolve and partner with the CX team at Miles to understand requirements and build pipelines. Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in all hiring outcomes while assessing real capability beyond resumes. Work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with compensation up to ₹5 LPA.
Required Qualifications
- Recruiters with proven experience in hiring for sales roles
- Strong ability to assess real capability beyond resumes and keywords
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Adaptable to hiring across functions when needed
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
