Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle IT recruitment in a gaming-media environment. Manage sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and studio stakeholders. Drive regional/global recruitment programs and contribute to employer branding through social channels, campus activations, job fairs, and external events. Utilize ATS and sourcing tools, apply diverse evaluation methods, and track hiring metrics to inform leadership. Proactively build a strong candidate experience and collaborate across internal teams to promote the company culture and life at the studio. English communication required; remote work is allowed two days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experience.
