Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers across Latitude.sh to define candidate profiles, develop recruitment strategies, and manage full-cycle hiring for technical, infrastructure, and non-technical roles. Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent networks, while conducting structured interviews and assessments to align candidates with company culture. Own the candidate journey from engagement through offer, providing market insights and coaching hiring leaders on interview quality and decision-making. Track recruitment metrics to analyze pipeline health and recommend process improvements, ensuring accurate data maintenance within the ATS. Contribute to the employer brand by communicating the employee value proposition and introducing scalable sourcing tools to support the team's growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels, including technical positions
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- A good understanding of technical roles and the ability to learn and speak confidently about technical skills and requirements
- A data-driven mindset and an interest in using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Rippling etc.
