Job Summary
Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Represent the company at job fairs and community events to attract top talent while supporting advertising initiatives and employee referral campaigns. Perform administrative tasks including background checks, drug screenings, and personnel file management, ensuring accurate records in HR systems and tracking hiring metrics through regular reporting. Maintain HR compliance, stay informed on employment laws, and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Must be a team-oriented person who is open minded, willing to learn, and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be articulate, having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal abilities that allow rapport to be established with applicants
- Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a process-driven, fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
- Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting recruitment goals
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
