Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for strategically sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and assessing top talent to fulfill staffing needs. Focuses on building robust pipelines through diverse sourcing methods, educating hiring managers on best practices, and ensuring compliance with policies. Drives data-driven recruitment, DEIAB initiatives, and a positive candidate experience while collaborating with stakeholders across departments to support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a closely related human resources function
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools
