Job Summary
Plan and execute the full commercial and general recruiting process, including apprenticeship positions, from briefing and market analysis through active search, job posting, interview conduct, and candidate onboarding. Collaborate closely with leadership and regional HR business partners to implement hiring requirements, utilizing various diagnostic methods to identify suitable candidates. Provide conceptual support to hiring managers and actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and marketing initiatives. Requires a commercial background or HR-related degree, strong recruiting experience, and proficiency in Workday and M365. This full-time role operates on a 20-hour week with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-Bezug
- Fundierte Recruiting-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit anspruchsvollen Zielen und Stakeholdern
- Sichere Anwendungskenntnisse in Bewerbermanagementsystemen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- 20 Stunden-Woche (Teilzeit; 5-Tage-Woche)
