Job Summary
Partner closely with hiring managers and school leaders to anticipate staffing needs, provide consultation, and ensure alignment throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, events, and community partnerships while managing job requisitions across online platforms. Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, culture fit, and hiring readiness, then coordinate interviews and provide candidate preparation. Own the transition from application through the first 90 days by directing relationship-building, operational excellence, and storytelling with new hires. Manage ATS records, update data, and generate pipeline analytics to support hiring decisions while reviewing recruiting advertising ROI. Work autonomously to prioritize workloads and execute multi-step hiring and onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge of employment law/hiring compliance
- Knowledge of talent sourcing methodologies
- Knowledge of best practices in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone presence
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Full-time, hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite (Lawrence, MA)
- Occasional evening or weekend hours
- Travel nationally, mostly locally, up to 15% of the time
