Talent Acquisition Specialist (Law Firm/Attorney)

Job Summary
Coordinate on-campus recruiting for the New York office by organizing materials, scheduling interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates. Manage summer program logistics including orientation meetings, social events, evaluations, offer letter preparation, and offer tracking. Organize interviews for summer, fall, and lateral attorneys while preparing schedules, distributing materials, and processing recruiting expenses. Process resumes, track candidates, run reports, and maintain complete files in the LawCruit database. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and HR departments to ensure new hire paperwork is completed and submitted. Work with team members across offices on department-wide initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to firm policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least 3-years of recent recruitment/talent management experience in a large law firm setting
- Campus recruiting experience
- Minimum of three+ years of professional experience
- preferably in a law or professional services firm
- Must be flexible and able to handle a fast-paced environment, extended hours, travel, and be available to work off-hours when necessary
