Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for KONE Business Services positions in Bratislava while supporting Front Line hiring across Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Identify and apply sourcing strategies using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, develop employer branding initiatives, and build talent pools for critical roles. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate journey, cooperate with universities for internship programs, and drive continuous improvement through TA projects. Requires full-cycle recruitment experience, strong English and Slovak skills, proficiency in recruitment technologies, and the ability to make data-informed decisions. - Strong command of English and Slovak (spoken and written)
