Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring teams across southern Wisconsin (Germantown or Sun Prairie) to develop recruitment strategies, build a robust candidate pipeline through universities, job fairs, social media, and branding initiatives, conduct interviews, coordinate pre-employment activities, and manage candidate experience while promoting the ESOP-owned culture and growth of Keller Inc.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales or Marketing (preferred)
- 3+ years' experience in recruiting, marketing, and/or selling
- Strong familiarity with utilizing social media and hiring platforms
- Must have interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees and potential employees
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to accurately document processes and maintain strict confidentiality
- General knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment practices
- Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin for meetings and events
- A valid drivers license
