Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical tech and consulting roles across EMEA, AMER, and LATAM regions. Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and build a robust talent pipeline. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS data and delivering regular recruitment metrics reports. Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency. Requires 4+ years of global talent acquisition experience, proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, and deep labor market knowledge across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exceptional professional English language proficiency both written and verbal
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions
- Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to different regional contexts
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications
- Experience with innovative sourcing techniques or AI-driven recruitment tools
- Knowledge of multiple languages prevalent in EMEA or LATAM regions
