Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment in a med spa environment, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, employer branding, data management, and compliance; collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and generate regular recruitment metrics and insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience managing multiple projects/assignments
- Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Medspa or medical industry experience a plus
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have good inter-personal skills
- Must have elevated organizational skills
- Must be able to prioritize & deliver timely results
