Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and digital positions across multiple functions and locations. Partner with Hiring Managers, IT leaders, and HR Business Partners to define recruiting strategies, identify candidates through active sourcing and professional networks, and build strong talent pipelines. Conduct structured interviews, support hiring decisions based on skills and potential, and monitor market trends to improve strategies using data-driven analysis and KPIs. Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders through proactive communication and professional process management. This role supports Hellmann's global digital transformation within the logistics industry, requiring fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruiting, and Executive Search with a technology focus
- Strong understanding of technology roles, concepts, and terminology
- Proven experience in active sourcing and direct candidate engagement across multiple channels
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and challenge hiring decisions constructively when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience with modern recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
