Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting by sourcing qualified candidates, managing pipelines, and negotiating offers for roles across all levels. Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring strategies, perform preliminary screenings, and conduct virtual interviews to assess skill sets. Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS records while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Coordinate onboarding procedures, manage HRIS entries, and provide administrative support for HR functions. Serve as a liaison between HR system vendors and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a Human Resources Recruiting Role
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a friendly, outgoing and personable, and professional demeanor
- Have the ability to thrive in both a team and an independent work environment
- Flexible working hours for short-term deadlines
- Identifying/ Sourcing qualified candidates using online databases, networking and employee referrals
- Proactively and responsively contact candidates who apply to positions in your assigned sector and conduct preliminary phone screenings and Virtual Interviews to assess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability to thrive in our organization
- Move, qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline, while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols
- Maintain an accurate candidate database through thorough candidates notes, codes and contact methods
- Consistently build and maintain relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure high closure rates
- Coordinate all new hires and on-boarding procedures and additional projects as assigned
