Talent Acquisition Specialist Iberia

As Talent Acquisition Specialist Iberia, you will be the dedicated partner for Iberia, focusing on supporting retail hiring across Spain and Portugal. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Sales Management to deliver high-quality recruitment, ensuring stores have the right talent to thrive. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinate interviews, promote vacancies through job boards, Indeed, social media and local platforms, conduct phone screenings, assess fit and motivation, share insights to improve hiring efficiency, and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. You are fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a strong plus), have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, 5+ years of recruitment experience (retail industry preferred), and are skilled at partnering with managers and building trusted relationships.
