Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment life cycle by handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling on-site interviews. Track hiring processes within the system, perform data entry in the employee database, and maintain organized personnel files. Travel off-site to attract candidates through fliers, networking, and job fairs while collaborating on advertising channels and referral contests. Complete daily and weekly recruitment reports, process background checks and drug screens, and stay updated on employment laws. Submit to a Level II background and drug screening as part of the application process.
