Job Summary
Source and qualify candidates to build a robust pipeline for current and future positions while managing 30 requisitions. Create and maintain job postings within the Applicant Tracking System, then review resumes and conduct phone screens to pre-qualify applicants. Perform in-person interviews to hire the strongest candidates, navigating ATS systems to move candidates through the software. Establish effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and prospective employees, attending career fairs to source talent outside the online pool. Deliver recruiting process excellence by adhering to internal policies, tracking activity for weekly reporting, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- A minimum of 1 year experience in house recruiting and conducting the full interview process
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Display knowledge of multiple recruiting sources (i.e., Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist, job fairs, trade schools, colleges, various employment resource centers, etc.)
- possess proven sourcing techniques to identify and engage these resources
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours
- Travel as required for in person classes and annual education conferences
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move 30 pounds
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Desired Qualifications
- Willing to be trained to develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment sites, networking, social media, database searches, and referrals within 6 months of hire
