Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for CERN in an international, diverse environment. Translate hiring needs into market-ready job ads and attraction strategies; manage a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding; build and engage talent communities; contribute to employer branding and data-driven decision making; collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure inclusive practices. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration or related field and experience in in-house recruitment; proficiency with ATS and social-media/outreach initiatives; strong communication in English with readiness to learn French.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment within an in-house team, ideally in an international environment
- Sourcing and engaging talent across different roles; Employer Branding, Social Media and Outreach initiatives
- HR data and analytics to drive and support informed decision-making is considered as an asset
- Technical competencies: Talent Acquisition, Customer service, Direct sourcing, Information content publishing
- Behavioural competencies: Achieving Results, Working in Teams, Demonstrating Flexibility, Managing Self, Demonstrating Accountability
- Language skills: English, willingness to learn French
Desired Qualifications
