Job Summary
Lead all phases of recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles at Agropur’s Le Sueur, MN site, including strategy development with the Plant Director, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience; build community partnerships (schools, career days, job fairs) and stay compliant with regulations (EEOC, affirmative action).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ATS tools
