Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume (Freelance/Remote MTL)

Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines, sourcing and assessing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach. Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit while building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring needs. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, coordinate interviews, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. Track recruiting metrics to identify efficiency improvements and contribute to continuous process enhancements. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and support employer branding initiatives. This role supports Side's global video game development services, helping bring stories to the world through a collaborative, international team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring
- Experience recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight throughout the hiring process
