Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting for clinical support roles (Medical Assistants, Patient Reception Specialists, Clinical Lead CMAs) across Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, El Paso, and remote locations, plus corporate/health plan openings. Partners with clinic managers and operations leaders on headcount and role requirements; sources candidates via job boards, local healthcare networks, and referrals; conducts phone screens and structured interviews to assess competency and culture fit; coordinates end-to-end interview process and offers; maintains candidate data in UKG; leverages AI writing tools and AI-powered sourcing to draft postings, outreach, interview questions, and offer language while preserving Harbor Health’s voice; tracks pipeline metrics and continuously improves outcomes; supports recruiting for health plan and administrative roles; drafts compelling postings and LinkedIn outreach messages; contributes to compensation benchmarking and offer documentation; participates in career fairs and community events to build employer brand; enables hybrid/remote flexibility across multiple markets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Healthcare, medical group, or health plan environments preferred
  • Experience using ATS (UKG or similar)
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with multi-location requisitions
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical support roles
  • Experience using UKG or similar ATS
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
  • Comfort using AI tools for drafting communications, researching candidates, or improving efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions across locations
  • Experience recruiting in multi-site or multi-market environments (preferred)
