Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BlueCollar roles across production, logistics, and adjacent areas, from active candidate outreach to final offers. Partner closely with hiring managers to source talent for positions ranging from production staff to leadership roles, while driving employer branding initiatives with structured project execution. Collaborate across teams to support the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring reliable documentation and process adherence. This role requires on-site presence 1–2 times weekly with the remainder of the week flexible for hybrid work or remote options.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting
- sichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch im beruflichen Kontext
- Verfügbarkeit für 1–2 Mal pro Woche sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort
- flexible Arbeitsweise aus dem Home Office oder aus dem Headquarter in Hamburg-Ottensen
- Vertrag als befristet auf 12 Monate
