Talent Acquisition Specialist

Conduct direct sourcing for open positions across the Americas region. Schedule phone, video, and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers. Perform phone screens and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Assist with the onboarding process. This role is designed to develop into a full lifecycle internal recruiter with growing ownership of hiring for designated positions. You will work directly with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to learn strategic fundamentals of internal recruitment.
