Talent Acquisition Specialist- Full Time (Remote)

Discuss staffing needs with department heads to prepare and implement recruitment programs for field facilities. Create relationships with local schools, community partners, colleges, and universities to source candidates and coordinate internships. Maintain the ATS/Workday for accurate job postings, process applications, and schedule interviews with hiring supervisors. Develop resources for attracting applicants through advertising and social media while tracking measurable recruiting metrics. Organize career fairs, extend job offers, and compile data reports to forecast opportunities and consult with candidates.
