Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure, coordinating interviews across time zones, and maintaining a smooth candidate experience. Independent ownership of multiple requisitions, with emphasis on closing loops, timely updates to hiring managers, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows in a fully remote Philippines-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
- Independent execution: able to manage multiple requisitions without reminders
- Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing/internal messaging
- Strong prioritization and judgment: triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, escalating only when necessary
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: track dozens of moving parts in parallel
- Proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Workable)
- Experience with job boards (Indeed or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Slack
- Ability to communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience delivering complete context for decision-making and maintaining dashboards/reports
- Ability to propose and document improvements in recruiting workflows
- Remote work experience and comfort with asynchronous collaboration
