Job Summary
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology and Financial Sales roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop tailored strategies to build pipelines for engineering, product, and licensed sales talent while partnering with hiring managers on workforce plans. Cultivate long-term candidate communities through social networks and online channels, converting passive talent into applicants and referrals. Collaborate with Employer Branding to co-create content and represent the brand at career fairs. Act as an ATS specialist to optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
- demonstrated experience hiring both Technology roles and Sales/Advisory talent in Financial Services, Securities, FinTech, or Wealth Management
- Strong competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to run multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record recruiting licensed financial-sales roles (Investment Consultant, Investment Planner, Wealth Advisor, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building talent communities via social media and online networks, beyond traditional job events
- Strong business-partnering and consultative mindset across both tech and financial-sales hiring
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
- A community-builder's instinct — able to grow and engage talent networks over time
- Collaborative spirit, especially in partnering with Employer Branding
- High ownership, adaptability, and accountability
