Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Financeit, you will own the day-to-day, full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, from posting and sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding. You will manage candidate experience end-to-end, conduct market mapping and creative sourcing to build a diverse talent pipeline, promote roles through recruitment marketing, partner with hiring managers to understand needs, maintain data in the Workable ATS, and contribute to onboarding improvements and employer branding initiatives. You should be highly organized, action-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy partnering with teams to find the right match for open roles across Sales, Operations, and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficient with ATS platforms and HRIS systems (e.g. Workable, BambooHR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential candidate information and professional feedback with discretion
