Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting partners to develop staffing strategies, source candidates through networking and job boards, and recruit new team members following established best practices. Coordinate offer letters, manage salary recommendations, and ensure all communications remain professional and transparent throughout the process. Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers while adhering to company workflows and documentation standards within the applicant tracking system. This role supports the execution of human resources programs including recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent that furthers the company's vision and employee-centric culture.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related work experience
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Generalist experience with recruiting focus
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing strategies, and employer branding techniques
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leaders
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Must be proactive, able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines and commitments
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for creating positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous HR experience in commercial construction or commercial real estate
- Previous experience within a multi-state, multi-site organization
