Job Summary
Proactively source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders while building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Represent the company as an employer of choice by developing recruitment marketing strategies, including job postings, social media initiatives, and participation in external career fairs. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and collaborating with hiring managers to facilitate seamless onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and support field operations for branch locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
