Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist, Europe based in Poland, leading recruitment strategy and employer branding for engineering/technical roles across Europe with a focus on AI-driven sourcing, automation, and scalable processes; partners with senior stakeholders, ensures compliance with European and Polish employment laws, and builds a future-ready recruitment operation. Based in Warsaw, Poland (Masovian Voivodeship); office-based (in-person) with a direct-sourcing-focused approach and experience with tools like SmartRecruiters and AI-enabled recruitment platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in recruitment leadership
- hands-on experience hiring technical and engineering profiles
- demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation in recruitment workflows
- strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- exceptional stakeholder engagement at senior/executive levels
- in-depth understanding of European employment law and Polish labour market
- proficiency in English; Polish fluency strongly preferred
- hands-on experience with AI-assisted recruitment platforms and ATS
