Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across operational and corporate roles while partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective solutions. Coordinate onboarding processes to create an engaging new starter experience, build talent pipelines, and reduce reliance on external agencies. Support the implementation of AI-enabled recruitment tools and manage recruitment systems, reporting, and candidate data. Champion the employer brand and candidate experience, providing interim support for the People, Culture & Safety inbox. This six-month fixed-term contract in Brisbane offers a genuine opportunity for permanency within a growing national organization focused on community living.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment and onboarding
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
