Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through offer negotiations, using BambooHR ATS, and coordinating background/reference checks. Build proactive talent sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates, manage 15-20 requisitions concurrently, improve metrics such as time-to-hire and interview-to-offer, and oversee candidate experience and diversity hiring. Partner with hiring managers, optimize employer branding through social media and email campaigns, and contribute to global hiring initiatives under the Director of Global HR. Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus) and ability to work from Brazil with a flexible remote/hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment as an in-house recruiter
- 1-2 years of experience managing both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience managing 10-15 requisitions at any given time
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using various channels and technology tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- Multilingual preferred; professional proficiency in English mandatory; proficiency in Portuguese required
- Legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship
- Candidate should be based out of Brazil
