Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including passive candidate sourcing, prescreening and interview coordination, for roles across North America and Eastern Europe. You will partner with Hiring Leaders, HR Business Partners, and interviewers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, manage scheduling and feedback, and develop compelling candidate marketing campaigns to engage passive talent. The role includes maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, collaborating across regions, and contributing to process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes. Fluent English (B2+) and 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated ability to source passive candidates via resume databases and LinkedIn, are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+)
