Source, select, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies. Write job postings, review applications, and conduct interviews to gather information regarding work history, education, training, and salary requirements. Coordinate job advertising across various media, attend job fairs, and develop contacts with colleges and universities to identify potential applicants. Work with external recruiters and employment agencies, utilizing online recruiting sources to source talent. Meet with functional business leaders to establish staffing objectives and assist with training line management on the recruiting process. Support a diverse workforce, comply with local hiring guidelines, and keep abreast of market trends to coordinate salary offer considerations. This 12-month contract role is fully remote, with hybrid options available. Fluency in English is required, alongside Spanish, French, or Turkish.
