Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Easee responsible for owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and European countries, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, proactively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, direct search), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, coaching managers on interviewing and assessment, administering personality/aptitude assessments, managing the ATS (Teamtailor) and recruitment analytics, and contributing to employer branding and employee experience initiatives across Europe. The role includes collaboration with Marketing on campaigns, representing Easee at job fairs and university collaborations, maintaining careers communications, coordinating internal events, and supporting onboarding and broader People initiatives and office operations. Requirements include 5+ years of recruitment experience, technology-recruitment experience, proficiency with assessments, sourcing/talent mapping, English fluency, and a willingness to work across multiple European markets; Norwegian language experience is a bonus but not required.
