Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for financial services, accounting, banking, and credit union roles by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers. Source and engage applicants with backgrounds in lending, insurance, risk, compliance, or audit, while screening for relevant certifications and licenses. Build internal candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation expectations. Coordinate background checks, ensure pre-employment documentation completion, and support onboarding from offer acceptance through orientation. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and HRIS systems, respond to HR ticketing inquiries, and assist with general HR duties including payroll tracking and employee file maintenance. Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- at least 3 years of experience within the financial services industry
- Experience supporting onboarding, new hire orientation, background checks, HR ticketing systems, or general HR administration
- Experience in developing, reviewing and maintaining accurate job descriptions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and HR ticketing or case management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, especially within financial or regulated industries
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, deadlines, and HR tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers, HR team members, and business leaders
- Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Customer-service mindset when supporting candidates, employees, and managers
- Must occasionally lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds

- advanced Excel skills such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analyses
