Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, execute candidate generation, and coordinate structured interviews while managing background checks and pre-employment testing. Prepare requisitions, compile employment offers, and track recruiting metrics to conduct trend analysis and recommend process changes. Optimize search engines and social networks to attract qualified candidates, effectively describe offers, and close placements. This hybrid role requires onsite support at Warsaw, KY and Madison, IN facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to support an innovative, fast-growth environment
- Understanding of using social media to recruit
- Solid knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills that preserve relationships required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-rounded recruiting experience is desired; both technical and non-technical
- Excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships
- Robust interpersonal skills with supervisor and staff populations
- Strong computer literacy skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree, Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered
- 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- This is a hybrid role, with onsite support required at our Warsaw, KY and Madison, IN facilities
