Job Summary
Lead recruitment efforts for Vensure and Division Partners, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and other channels; actively screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit; coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers; guide candidates through the offer process; build and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience; utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track metrics; stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends; represent the company at community and recruiting events; provide high-quality advice and support to hiring managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- strong understanding of recruitment processes
- proven ability to source and screen candidates
- ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
