Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full life-cycle IT recruitment for Dematic/KION in Mexico, partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build candidate profiles, and engage passive talent. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing and screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for current and future openings, and leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday. The role features a fixed-term hybrid arrangement located in Guadalupe and requires 2+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment with IT-specific recruiting (applications/SAP, infrastructure/ops, cyber security) and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
