Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to define workforce planning needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and career fairs while maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, extend offers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Manage the Applicant Tracking System, monitor recruitment metrics, and provide continuous improvement recommendations to optimize processes. Promote the employer brand across LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal channels to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and online sourcing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment standards and recruitment-related legislation
- Must be available for Hybrid work (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)
- Must be located in Surrey
